Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. a2zit.in is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Please varify the availabilty of the product/s, before making payment. a2zit.in is not responsible for any loss of interest or facility charges (incase of payment through credit/debit card) occured to the customer

Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty. a2zit.in does not offer any technical support, sales advice or After sales service.

Customer pays return shipping charges for all warranty services. a2zit.in reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. a2zit.in cannot guarantee the compatibility of items. Please contact the manufacturer(s) directly if you have issues or concerns regarding compatibility.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Physical Damage Policy
Please check the condition of the Package, before accepting from the courier person, if packaging is damaged, please do not accept it, if you accept in any condition, a2zit.in is not responsible for any damages to the product, inside the package, however if packaging is in good condition, and you have accepted the package, and if there is any damage in the product, you have to communicate to the service center of the respective brand and resolve the same, a2zit.in can help you but cannot be held responsible for the same.
Physical damage to any product purchased at a2zit.in will effectively void warranty coverage. Physical damage means the product or its part, is chipped, burnt, bent, corroded, improper handling etc. i.e. Not a Manufacturing defect. Generally physical damage happens due to Improper installation, overclocking, handling, electricity supply, weather, environments irregular usage. Please take of these because physically damaged products cannot be accepted for replacement by Vendors or Manufacturers. As a result, a2zit.in will return any physically damaged Products back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours or time period mentioned in specification of the product, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Although a2zit.in does not guarantee same day-shipping we shall strive to do so wherever possible. Orders are processed on working days only.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier
companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or
as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and
delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Syscom
Computers Private Limited is not liable for any delay in delivery by the
courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the
consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days
from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at
the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered
address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless
specified at the time of Order). Syscom Computers Private Limited is in no way
responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Syscom

Shipping Policy for Domestic Orders (within India)

1.  Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 2 days and shipped through a domestic courier company.

2.  Most orders are delivered within 3 days to Indian metro cities.

3.  If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.

4.  Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.

5.  All domestic shipments are insured by Trendy Collections against loss or theft, free of      charge to the customer.

6.  We reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or when required to, by order of a Court or
authorized administrative agency.

9.  If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.

11.  You can track the status of your package through the courier’s website or by contacting their local customer service center.

12.  The courier will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address, before they inform us that your package is not deliverable.

How this Replacement policy terms work.
If you receive an item in damaged condition or somehow if the item you received was not the item you ordered, then please do contact us as soon as you receive the item in question. We promise that we will offer you the best possible solution.

It is advised not to return the item without informing us. It is very vital that you do not send back the item until you have verified with us. In such a situation, no credit or replacement shall be given.

If we are unable to deliver the original ordered item due to unavoidable reasons, then according to our terms we will request you to select an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost. Well, if no alternate selection is desired by a customer, then the company will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.

Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.

Helpful Guidelines on Return
Always report your problems associated with the item, order, packaging etc right on time. You must be as specific as possible at the time of filing your complain.

Always try to return your item using registered airmail or courier service to provide proof of delivery. If something happens in the transit and if the item is not delivered to us, it is impossible to help you. So make sure to rely upon reliable courier agency.

Please return the item within 7 working days of confirmation. Try to keep that item in original packing and condition.

We will examine the garments, returned by you and we will try to figure out what went wrong and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from re-occurring.
